What size do you need?

Size-wise, I have always found their shoes to be true to size, I am a men’s UK 10 in ‘regular’ shoes and all my VIVOBAREFOOT’s have been a UK 10 too. So my recommendation would be to stick with your regular shoe size. VIVOBAREFOOT have a sizing tool built into their website if you’re unsure, hopefully that will give you more definitive guidance.
